ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On April 25, 2019, Medovex Corp. (the “Company”) issued 4,225,634 shares to Mr. William Horne pursuant to his employment agreement with the Company. The Company had previously issued Mr. Horne options to purchase 250,000 shares of Common Stock pursuant to his employment agreement.
