Related Parties	Note 10. Related Parties The Company owns the entire parcel on which Eldorado Reno is located, except for approximately 30,000 square feet which is leased from C. S. & Y. Associates, a general partnership of which Donald L. Carano is a general partner. Mr. Carano is also a major shareholder in the Company. As of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016, the Company’s payable to C. S. & Y Associates amounted to $0.2 million and $0.3 million, respectively, and is reflected on the accompanying balance sheets under “due to affiliates”. There were no payables to other related parties as of March 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016.
