Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluates subsequent events in accordance with ASC 855, Subsequent Events. The Company evaluates subsequent events up until the date the consolidated financial statements are issued. Recent Asset Sale On January 13, 2023, the Company closed on the sale of one ALF consisting of 105 beds located in Florida with a carrying value of $3.3 million, which approximated the net sales proceeds received. The facility was classified as held for sale as of December 31, 2022.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
