At-The-Market Offering—During the second quarter of 2017, the Company entered into a equity distribution agreement to issue and sell, from time to time, up to $300.0 million in aggregate offering price of its common stock through an “at-the-market” equity offering program (the “ATM Program”). As of June 30, 2018, the Company had approximately $187.9 million available for future issuances under the ATM Program.
