Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer

 

On October 3, 2019, Ms. Carla Goffstein resigned from her positions as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Twinlab Consolidated Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) resigned, effective immediately.
