Other Events

On December 8, 2020, uniQure N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the presentation of late-breaking data from the HOPE-B pivotal trial of etranacogene dezaparvovec gene therapy in patients with hemophilia B at the 62^nd annual meeting of the American Society of Hematology. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
