Dividends

On April 25, 2023, our Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on our ordinary shares and eligible participating securities of $0.30 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, payable on May 23, 2023 to the holders of record on May 12, 2023.

Additionally, on April 25, 2023, our Board of Directors also declared cash dividends on the Series A Preferred Shares, Series B Preferred Shares, Series C Preferred Shares and Series D Preferred Shares of $0.52, $0.50, $0.52 and $0.59 per share, respectively, payable on June 15, 2023 to the holders of record on June 1, 2023.
