11. SIGNIFICANT EVENTS	NOTE 11 SIGNIFICANT EVENTS In July 2015, MassRoots sold 934,004 shares of unregistered common stock for gross proceeds of $685,502.00. This stock was issued in August 2015. In connection with this offering, Chardan Capital received $27,200 in cash and 80,560 shares of the Company’s common stock as commission for this placement.
