On May 26, 2021, Eneti Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2021 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company:

1.elected Robert Bugbee, Einar Michael Steimler and Berit Henriksen to serve as Class B Directors of the Company until the Company’s 2024 annual meeting of shareholders and until their successors are elected and qualified or until their earlier resignation or removal; and
2.ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
