NOTE 1.       DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATION

Blow & Drive Interlock Corporation (“the Company” or “BDIC”) was incorporated on July 2, 2013, under the laws of the State of Delaware. The Company currently operates an eSports platform in Malaysia.
