Share capital During the three -month period ended March 31, 2019, the Company issued 141,246 ordinary shares upon the exercise of options and 42,477 ordinary shares were issued upon the vesting of restricted share units, or RSUs. During the twelve months ended December 31, 2018, the Company issued 694,322 ordinary shares upon the exercise of options and 83,378 ordinary shares were issued upon the vesting of RSUs.
