Subsequent events Effective March 5, 2019, the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved the grant of equity awards to certain employees of the Company, to be issued in the form of share options and restricted share units from the Oxford Immunotec Global PLC 2013 Share Incentive Plan. The number of share options and restricted share units to be granted will be determined based on the closing price of the Company’s ordinary shares on the date of grant.
