Revenue

During the

three

month period ended

September 30, 2018,

the Company announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Company’s U.S. laboratory services business to Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. Accordingly, the Company’s prior year revenues have been recast to present the U.S. laboratory services business as a discontinued operation. For further information on these changes, refer to Note
