Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Sale-Leaseback During the first quarter of 2020, the Company entered into a sale-leaseback arrangement with a third party private investor and sold the land and building related to one restaurant for net proceeds of approximately $1.4 million and leased it back for a term of 20 years. Refranchising In March 2020, the Company completed the refranchising of five company-operated restaurants in the Yuma, AZ and El Centro, CA regions to an existing franchisee for net proceeds of approximately $1.2 million. This refranchising transaction also includes a commitment to develop four additional Del Taco restaurants over the next seven years, primarily in Arizona.
