(1) Prior to the commencement of our Follow-on Offering, in October 2017, the Company commenced a self-tender offer for up to $200.0 million in IPO Shares at a price of $9.69 per share. The Company redeemed a total of 1.9 million IPO Shares for an aggregate cost of $18.7 million in November 2017 in connection with the Company’s self-tender offer.
