Subsequent Events [Text Block]	18. Subsequent Events: On March 5, 2025, the Company acquired a building in Newton, Kansas, in the amount of $675 for expansion of its fabrication operations. The Company evaluated its January 31, 2025 financial statements for subsequent events through the filing date of this report. The Company is not aware of any other subsequent events that would require recognition or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
