Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On April 28, 2022, Michael J. Tamburelli notified Butler National Corporation (“Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors (“Board”), effective April 29, 2022.  His retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company or any other matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
