6.	STOCK REPURCHASE PROGRAM:

December 2016,

the Board of Directors approved a stock purchase program authorizing the repurchase of up to

$500

of its common stock. The timing and amount of any share repurchases will be determined by Butler National

’s management based on market conditions and other factors. The program is currently authorized through

May 1, 2018.
