(SentinelOne, the Company, we, our, or us) was incorporated in January 2013 in the State of Delaware. We are a cybersecurity provider that delivers an artificial intelligence-powered platform to enable autonomous cybersecurity defense. Our headquarters is located in Mountain View, California with various other global office locations.
