Completion of Capital Return Program In January 2024, the Company repurchased an additional 38,462 of its ordinary shares on the open market at a weighted average cost of $11.551 per share for an approximate aggregate cost of $0.4 million, excluding fees and expenses, to complete its capital return program. Since the initiation of the capital return program in September 2022 through January 2024, the Company repurchased a total of 31.412 million of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of $10.3544 per share for an approximate aggregate cost of $325.3 million, excluding fees and expenses.
