Ampreloxetine KOL Event for Investors
On December 8, 2025, Theravance Biopharma, Inc. (the “Company”) is holding a virtual key opinion leader (KOL) investor event. A copy of materials that will be presented during the event is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The Company will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 12, 2026, in Dublin, Ireland. Further information regarding the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Company's proxy materials, which will be filed with the SEC and made available to shareholders prior to the Annual General Meeting.
