12.	Related Parties:

Dr. August J. Troendle, an officer and director of Medpace, which provides clinical development services to the Company, is a beneficial owner of more than 5% of the Company’s common shares. The Company incurred $512 and $567 of clinical development service fees to Medpace for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2015, respectively ($nil – three and nine months ended September 30, 2014). Additionally, $512 and $nil was due to Medpace as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014 which is included in accounts payable and accrued expenses.
