Major Customers We are part of the consolidated operations of Western, and we derive substantially all of our revenue from transactions with Western and its affiliates. Western accounted for approximately 94%, 82% and 71%, respectively, of our consolidated revenues for the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011. These percentages are not comparable as Western did not charge for the Predecessor's services in prior years. Prior to the completion of the Offering, our Predecessor did not record all revenues for intercompany gathering, pipeline transportation, terminalling and storage services. See Note 14, Related Party Transactions, for detailed information on our agreements with Western that became effective concurrent with the closing of the Offering.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
