Navigator Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) announced on May 9, 2025 that Yngvil Åsheim, a member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), Compensation Committee and ESG Committee of the Board, will resign from the Board with effect from June 16, 2025. The size of the Board, therefore, will reduce from seven members to six members with effect from June 16, 2025.
