Item 7.01 Regulation FD.

 

On December 6, 2018, Loxo Oncology, Inc. (“Loxo Oncology”), received its first milestone payment pursuant to its collaboration with Bayer, equal to $275 million, which was earned upon the grant of U.S. Food and Drug Administration marketing approval for Vitrakvi® (larotrectinib).
