The Company received total net proceeds from the offering of $323.9 million, net of estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.In February 2022, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 5,227,272 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $55.00 per share, including the full exercise of underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 681,818 shares of common stock. The Company received total net proceeds from the offering of $269.8 million, net of estimated underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
