Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 11, 2022, we acquired the stock of Central Aluminum Supply Corporation and Central Aluminum Supply of North Jersey, LLC for a total consideration of approximately $57.3 million. The initial accounting for the business combinations was not complete at the time the financial statements were issued due to the timing of the acquisitions and the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. As a result, disclosures required under ASC 805-10-50, Business Combinations cannot be made at this time. On May 5th, 2022, we announced that our board of directors declared a quarterly dividend, payable on June 30, 2022 to stockholders of record on June 15, 2022, at a rate of 31.5 cents per share.
