Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

One August 23, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that Michael Miller, Chief Financial Officer, and Jeffrey Hire, President of External Affairs, will participate virtually in the RBC Capital Markets Conference on September 9, 2021 and that Jeff Edwards, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will join Messrs. Miller and Hire for the Zelman & Associates Virtual Housing Summit on September 21, 2021.
