Subsequent Events	NOTE 18 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 13, 2020, we acquired substantially all of the assets of Insulation Contractors/Magellan Insulation, known within its local markets as Icon, for total consideration of approximately $18.1 million and on October 26, 2020, we acquired substantially all of the assets of Norkote, Inc for total consideration of approximately $9.0 million. The initial accounting for the business combinations was not complete at the time the financial statements were issued due to the timing of the acquisitions and the filing of this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. As a result, disclosures required under ASC 805-10-50, Business Combinations cannot be made at this time.
