Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 8, 2021, Sandra Broderick, Head of Operations for Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company that she intends to retire from her position before the end of the first quarter of 2022. To ensure an orderly transition, Ms. Broderick will remain in her current role until the appointment of her successor in the role of Head of Operations for the Company is finalized.
