Note 5. Short Term Loan Payable

The Company has a short-term loan with a financial institution bearing interest rate of 3.2% expiring July 30, 2019.  All amounts outstanding is due on July 30, 2019, however, the Company may make earlier payments without any penalty.  The total amount outstanding was approximately $483,000 and $626,000 at March 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively.  The short-term loan is guaranteed by the officer of the Company.
