RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In August 2016, we entered into a consulting agreement with a member of our board of directors. Under the agreement, the board member would provide engineering design and fabrication advisory services for an hourly rate, with total payments not to exceed $120,000 during any twelve-month period. During the six months ended June 30, 2017, we incurred expenses of $26,000 in connection with the consulting agreement. The agreement was terminated effective April 1, 2017. There was no expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2018.
