Related Party Transaction	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS In August 2016, we entered into a consulting agreement with a member of our board of directors. Under the agreement, the board member would provide engineering design and fabrication advisory services for an hourly rate, with total payments not to exceed $120,000 during any twelve month period. During the three months ended March 31, 2017, we incurred expenses of $26,000 in connection with the consulting agreement. As of March 31, 2017, we owed $5,000 to the board member in connection with this agreement, which is included in accounts payable.
