Commitments and Contingencies	Note 10. Commitments and Contingencies Operating Leases The Company’s offices are located in New York, New York. The Company is currently under a short-term lease agreement, which does not qualify for accounting under ASC 842. Rent expense incurred during the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018 and 2017 was $485,548, $315,301, and $307,557.
