Note 1 - Nature of Operations	INTELLISENSE SOLUTIONS INC. (“the Company”), incorporated in the state of Nevada on March 22, 2013, was formed to market vegetarian products over the Internet. The company has limited operations and is considered to be in the development stage.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, the major products or services it sells or provides and its principal markets, including the locations of those markets.
