BioStar III directly holds (i) 120,816 shares of common stock and (ii) warrants (the "Warrants") exercisable for up to 54,400 shares of common stock.
BioStar III GP is the general partner of BioStar III and shares voting and dispositive power over the securities held by BioStar III.
