NET LOSS PER SHARE The Company computes net loss per common share using the two-class method required for participating securities. Basic and diluted net loss per share was the same for each period presented as the inclusion of all potential common stock outstanding would have been anti-dilutive. Potentially dilutive securities not included in the calculation of diluted net loss

per common share, because to do so would be anti-dilutive, include shares issuable upon the exercise of stock options and unvested RSUs as follows:
