Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 28, 2023, American Battery Technology Company (“the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results from a third-party Qualified Person (QP) audited Inferred Resource that details the analysis of its lithium deposit at its Tonopah Flats Lithium Project in Big Smoky Valley, Nevada.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
