Related Party Transactions	5. Related Party Transactions As of December 31, 2021, the Company owes $205,646 (June 30, 2021 - $205,646) to two former executives of the Company for advances made to the Company to fund day-to-day operations. The amounts owing are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand. During the six months ended December 31, 2021, the Company issued 10,000,000 common shares pursuant to the conversion of 125,000 Series C Preferred Shares to a company in which a director of the Company has a minority equity interest of 5.161%.
