The Company’s fiscal year end is June 30. `(b)`Principles of Consolidation These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and related notes are presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States and are expressed in U.S. dollars. These unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Oroplata Exploraciones E Ingenieria SRL and LithiumOre Corporation (formerly Lithortech Resources Inc). All inter-company accounts and transactions have been eliminated on consolidation.
