The Company’s fiscal year end is June 30, which has been amended from September 30. These consolidated financial statements and related notes are presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States and are expressed in U.S. dollars. These consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Oroplata Exploraciones E Ingenieria SRL and LithiumOre Corporation (formerly Lithortech Resources Inc) and ABMC AG, LLC. All inter-company accounts and transactions have been eliminated on consolidation.
