Mineral Property On September 4, 2018, the Company acquired 1,000 land claims in Nye County, Nevada in exchange for $10,200 and the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares of the Company with a fair value of $143,000 which was determined based on the end of day trading price on the date of the agreement. On September 30, 2018, the Company recorded an impairment charge of $153,200 on its mineral property.
