Subsequent Events We have evaluated subsequent events through to the date of issuance of the consolidated financial statements, and did not have any material recognizable subsequent events after September 30, 2016 with the exception of the following: In November 2016, the Company issued 2,000,000 common shares to Plateau Ventures LLC as settlement, in lieu of payment of $1,000,000, to reduce the net smelter return from 2% to 1%.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
