Subsequent Events We have evaluated subsequent events through to the date of issuance of the unaudited consolidated financial statements, and did not have any material recognizable subsequent events after June 30, 2016 with the exception of the following: (a) On July 22, 2016, the Company issued 16,636,943 common shares to Plateau, as noted in Note 5(c).
