An Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Wix.com Ltd. (the “Company”), will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. (Israel time), at our principal executive offices at the Wix Campus, Building B, 5th Floor, Tel Aviv, Israel, 6936024. In connection with the afore-mentioned Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company hereby furnishes the following documents:
