Related Parties	Related Parties There were no significant related-party transactions during the period nor any change in the nature of the transactions as described in Note 25 to the consolidated financial statements included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019 except as follows: On September 3, 2020, the Group announced the appointment of Sarah Glickman as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8, 2020, replacing Dave Anderson. The Executive Officers as of September 30, 2020 were: •Megan Clarken - Chief Executive Officer; •Sarah Glickman - Chief Financial Officer; and •Ryan Damon - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
