Description of Business	Description of Business Mirati Therapeutics, Inc. (“Mirati” or the “Company”) is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing a pipeline of targeted oncology products. The Company focuses its development programs on drugs intended to treat specific genetically defined and selected subsets of cancer patients with unmet needs. The Company's common stock has been listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market since July 15, 2013 under the ticker symbol "MRTX." The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada, MethylGene, Inc. (“MethylGene”). MethylGene’s common stock was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange from June 29, 2004 until July 26, 2013 under the ticker symbol “MYG”.
