SUMMONS TO THE GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
Avianca Holdings S.A. hereby informs that the summons to the General Shareholders Meeting for ordinary shareholders, to be held on March 22, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the city of Bogota, Republic of Colombia, was approved unanimously during the Board of Director’s meeting held today.
The summons notice will be published in a news journal of wide circulation in the Republic of Colombia on February 28 as relevant information.
