Related-Party Transactions	7. Related-Party Transactions A member of the Company’s board of directors is an investor in a company that is a supplier of coffee to the Company for resale. During the thirteen weeks ended April 1, 2018 and April 2, 2017, purchases from this supplier were $2.3 million and $2.9 million, respectively. As of April 1, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company had recorded accounts payable due to this vendor of $0.4 million and $0.7 million, respectively. The Company’s former Executive Chairman of the Board, who retired from this position in February 2017, has been the chief executive officer, an equity investor, and lender to a technology supplier to the Company. During the thirteen weeks ended April 1, 2018 and April 2, 2017, purchases from this supplier and its predecessors were $1.2 million and $1.5 million, respectively. As of April 1, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company had recorded accounts payable due to the supplier of $0.4 million and $0.1 million, respectively.
