On November 10, 2021, AppSwarm Corporation, with whom we have entered into a Binding Memorandum of Understanding, is issuing a press release titled “AppSwarm Announces Agreement with Renavotio for Infrastructure and Smart City Development”, which press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
